45 Blue Sky Drive Lower Entry

MDLA was tasked with turning a back facing egress door into a main entry for a building that was being repositioned from one tenant to two tenants. The new entry is a unique and vibrant space with lighting, plantings, and seating areas for employees to gather or take a break.
