745 Concord Avenue is a 12-story, transit-oriented residential development in Cambridge’s Alewife district. The project introduces 236 apartments and nearly 6,800 square feet of publicly accessible open space that enhances the street frontage and connects the building to its surrounding neighborhood. The landscape design supports sustainable mobility and urban living through integrated public spaces, rooftop amenities with views of Fresh Pond, and a pedestrian-focused streetscape adjacent to the Alewife MBTA station. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2026.
