Beach Street Residence

This lakefront home served as the primary residence for a young couple with two small children. Our design envisioned a series of three spaces that spill from the upper deck to a central pool terrace and finally to a lower lawn that is adjacent to the lake. A custom pergola terminates the space and provides shade while sitting at the grill counter.
