CenterPoint is a modern life science, laboratory, R&D, and office campus located on the Waltham–Watertown line. Originally developed as a research and manufacturing complex associated with Raytheon, the property has been transformed into a vibrant multi-building campus serving biotechnology, engineering, and technology companies. Working closely with HRP Group, MDLA developed a cohesive landscape design that unifies the campus both physically and visually while creating inviting outdoor amenity spaces that enhance the tenant experience and encourage collaboration, recreation, and informal gathering.
