Riverfront Amenity Space

MDLA was hired to renovate this high-use condominium amenity space that overlooks the nearby Neponset River. The space sits partially over the water and partially on land. Tenants now enjoy custom designed grilling stations, a fire pit, and several private lounge seating areas in what was previously a simple concrete pad.
