The Webb Brewery

MDLA worked with The Elevated Companies to study converting the existing Webb Mill property, a century old chocolate factory to a vibrant brewery, apartments, and restaurant. Using inspiration from the past and needs of the future, this conceptual masterplan creates publicly accessible waterfront spaces, outdoor dining, restaurant space and residential amenities.
